Current Divider Calculator

In the following figure, a circuit is shown which has two resistors R1 and R2 connected in parallel with one another. Vs is the supplied voltage and IT is the total current in the circuit.
In this circuit, if the total current in the circuit is known, then it is possible to determine the current through the parallel resistors.
The current IR1 through the parallel branch R1 can be obtained using the equation,
